RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Extensions Go, we want you to love your hair! Because hair extensions are a personal product, we have a strict return policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.
ORDER THE RIGHT COLOR THE FIRST TIME
Hair extensions are a final sale item due to hygiene reasons. We HIGHLY recommend:
- Order our Color Swatch Ring ($XX) to match your hair perfectly before purchasing
- Email us photos of your hair at info@extensionsgo.com - our team will help you find your perfect shade
- Unsure between two colors? Contact us! We're here to help you get it right the first time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the intimate nature of hair extensions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. This protects all our customers from receiving previously tried-on hair.
EXCEPTIONS (Unopened Only)
We may accept returns on UNOPENED, SEALED products within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is in original, sealed packaging
- All tags are attached
- You contact us FIRST at info@extensionsgo.com for approval
- A 20% restocking fee applies
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:
- Opened or used extensions (no exceptions)
- Color matching issues (please order a swatch ring!)
- Change of mind
- Products without original sealed packaging
- Items purchased more than 7 days ago
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Swatch rings
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@extensionsgo.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photo of the shipping label
We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours. Valid claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
